I got speeding ticket (New Jersey) in safe corridor (24mph over speed limit) 74 in 50. They used Laser.
What are the chances that I will be paying fine and they will be removing all my points(4 for the above mentioned). This is my first speeding ticket.
If yes, what is the expected amount?
if its a safety corridorthen start saving some money,they are ussualy not to forgiving,talk to a traffic ticket company,they can be found in your local phone book
You must pay the ticket before your court date or your license will be suspended. Otherwise you must appear in court and either contest your guilt or plea the case with the Judge. Once found Guilty or fine is paid the points will be assessed to your driving record to the license in which you presented, i.e speed in NJ, but live in VA, your points will transfer to VA, hope this helps
